In these years,with the college students' mental health problems happening frequently,there is a growing awareness of the importance to college students'mental health.

Because of mental problems,more and more students have lost themselves,and some students even choose death. I think that the main cause of these phenomena is that many people always ignore the college students' mental health problems. Why the college students' mental health is so important?

 To begin with,many freshmen left their parents and came to the college,they would be homesick at the beginning. In this case, students' mental health can make them give over the dependence on their parents.

 Then,students' mental health can also strengthen their self-confidence. The most important effect is that it can help students develop the healthy personality.So,if we want to be successful in the college,we should have the mental health.How should we maintain the mental health?

 In my opinion,there are many ways to maintain the mental health.First,college students should set up the correct philosophy. Philosophy is an important factor of the mental health. In addition,we should develop a scientific lifestyle. Scientific research shows that lifestyle has a great influence on mental health. 

Last but not least,we should learn to adjust ourselves. So that when we have some mental problems,we can solve these problems by self adjusting. 
All in all,mental health is important for our study and life. We should pay more attention to it.
