The Gap Between The Rich And The Poor

From the fact that ,no matter where in developed nations like the United states and Japan,or developing countries like china ,governments have begun to tackle the big gaps between the rich and the poor while laying out ambitious plans for the future.With it,our government has issued several policies ,such as create jobs and raise incomes,to resolve this long lasting problem.However,it seems that the effort which we made doesn’t get a notable effect judge from its current condition.In my eyes,the gap is widening too rapid to realize our great rejuvenation. 

In the first place,we can attribute the large gap to the difference of facilities between the rich and the poor areas. In the poor areas,the people have to face to an inherent inequitable condition for lacking of good opportunities such as a better education,a broader horizon,and even a better living standard.They have so little energy that they cannot shake off the poverty easily. Only a complete system of social insurance can meet their real demands and grant their a chance of development.In the second place,the poor areas where are short of highly-competent people can also be an significant reason that will lead to great gap.With the poor regions’ shortage of exceptionally good conditions,most people who are ambitious about their self-development have been attracted to the wealthy areas,which leads to the problem of “brain drain”for the poor regions.however,talents as a strong power have played an increasingly significant role in every aspect of our livelihood,especially in education which is rightly a prominent factor that can boost the development of economy. Last but not the least,it is the tendency of maldistribution that caused the emerging of this issue.We failed to coordinate the relation between efficiency and equity,because we always take it for granted that the efficiency can bring us equity spontaneously.nevertheless,guided by this idea,we neglect the fair ,which turned the gap into an inevitable result.

For the reasons I have presented above,we must resolve the most fundamental problem--improve the condition of the poor regions.A large quantities of facilities should be established there such as Bulletin Board System and convenient traffic condition to expand their horizon, as well as to ensure their passionate and progressive mind to strive for a promising future. In brief,we must adhere to the road of struggling for narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor to achieve our great rejuvenation.
