Which Job Is Better?

    Supposing that you were going to leave campus this summer, and found a job was your first priority.

So which kind of job would you choose? Is the well-paid one or the one with promising future?  Actually, most of us will expect to have high salary and prospect both, but unfortunately, not everyone is capable of making it. Without enough working experience and maturity, jobs we get are not always up to our standards.

    Under the pressure of living on ourselves, preparing for the exam to become a civil servant is one of the most popular and possible choice given to its stability and satisfying paid. But if it was me to make a choice, I’m likely to choose a job with promising future, though with lower salary.

    Once you leave the university, there’s challenge for you to depend on yourselves, no matter in finance or daily life. Good-paying jobs are attractive to those who are in their financially fraught time. But does it really matters? Just imagine a picture that you are sitting in an common office, doing the same things time and time again without seeing any change or vista, is that the real life you want? Finally, you will lose your patience,enthusiasm or even happiness, just because the frustration brought by this “satisfying” job. 

    Maybe someone will say that without high salary, is there any possibility for you to get your dreaming future? Absolutely the answer is yes. When Bill Gates dropped off and establish the Microsoft in a small garage, is there any capital? When Alibaba was just a small-size company,  did Jack Ma give up and turn around to find a high-paying job? If everyone focus on recent high pays, failing to notice the possible prospect and wealth, how can those entrepreneurs became so successful?

    In the process of expansion, creative ideas and constant struggle, to some degree, have a profound influence on the company. Provided I’m working in a company which is producing a kind of new products.At the beginning, it’s critical to invest some funds in research and development, my salary may be not satisfying. But once the products are put on the market and receive high evaluations and profits. I realize everything I do is worthy. Though faced to challenges and setbacks, I can still keep faith and never stop.

    You may ask how about the daily expenses? As for that, you can apply for a loan from the bank or borrow money from your parents to make end meet. One’s 20s is a period for struggling, why not do all you can to create your own future?

In fact, we all have our own choices on jobs and life which should be changed by no one else.But I still hold the view that it is struggling that makes your life compete and meaningful.
