Dragon boat festival, traditional chinese festival originated from the spring and autumn as a remembrance of quyuan ,who was a household name in china as a romanticist and patriotism. When it comes to dragon boat festival, zongzi will first come into most of our minds. However, there are lots of custom ranging from area to area.

In item of my hometown ,all members of family normally make up as soon as sun arise. On the mommy of the day . And we walk to the river. Then we collect artemisias, and put them under the eave which are all believed that can erase misfortune from us.

Afterwards, we have a nice breakfast including zongzi , salty eggs which are all prepared, previonsly 

As dragon boat the name is , most family have no chance to drive a dragon boat due to limited condition .while it is still played as a ceremonial competition in some area.

All these customs have . Their historical and cultural roots, it is said that people drove dragon boats dropping zongzi into polno river to attract fish from qu bady after he drown himself according  artemisia also have a closed connection with qu
