An increasing number of undergraduates are seeking further education, regarding the master degree as a powerful weapon to help them win the battle of job hunting. However, the master degree does not mean better job at all.

Firstly, diplomas are not enough to win employer hearts. Although compared with a bachelor degree, a master degree may mean more academic achievements, it is not on behalf of more practical skills, communicative ability and the strain capacity, etc. Employers, today, concern about applications comprehensive quality rather than the degree they incept. In other words, a master degree can only be regarded as a part of conditions which may help you got a better job.

Secondly, the status of the master degree has fallen considerably. That is to say, the master degree holders are not as competitive as they used to be, because there are some other competitors who have master degrees as well.or even have doctor degrees or have studied abroad. It is not enough to impress. Them one will get to job, let alone a better lob.

Lastly,more details should be laid stress on. Sometimes, to get a better job, fortune, clothing, haircut and the way one speaks also count. It is likely that one without a master degree gets a better job wckily because of other parts of him.

 The master degree doer not mean better jobs. Instead of paying attention to study merely, one should practice to improve his or her competence, meanwhile, viewing the employment situation and making sure that every details is perfect do make difference. Stop relying on the master degree to get better jobs. It does not wok at all.
