     At the moment,we do a survey about the physical exercise.the suevey tells us that it is very important for us to do physical exercise often.

     Most of the people take exercise three times a week,some do twice or once a week and the rest never take exercise.As a result,the people who take exercise three times a week,merely get a cold and are more positive than others.And the people who never take exercise ,often have a cold and are more depressed.

    According to the survey,we realize that physical exercise is important to us.we should take exercise on time.the man who often takes exercise will have a good body,keep fit and get more happiness.
